The production machines and production processes of these three types of pallets are different, and each type of pallet has its own advantages and scope of application.
Injection Molded Plastic Pallets
There are many types of injection pallets, and most of the pallets on the market are injection plastic pallets. The plastic pallets produced by the injection molding method are flat, smooth, and strong, and have always been popular in the market. Low-pressure high-density polyethylene is usually used, which is injected by an injection molding machine and formed into a plastic pallet in the mold. The injection molding machine can be divided into a clamping device and an injection device.
The molten plastic material has formed a pallet after pressurizing, injecting, cooling and demolding. The injection molding process is more complicated, and each process needs to be controlled to produce qualified plastic pallets. The injection molding process has relatively high requirements for the quality of the mold, and the quality of the mold will directly affect the quality of the product.
The surface of the plastic pallet produced by the injection molding process is flat and smooth, and the production speed is fast. Compared with the blow molding process, the overall production time is short, and there is not much waste generated in the manufacturing process. Although the endurance and load-bearing capacity is not as good as compression-molded pallets, they can meet the needs of daily life. Injection pallets are suitable for the textile and chemical industry, port terminals, biomedicine, three-dimensional warehousing, logistics transportation, storage shelves, and other industries.
Blow-molded plastic pallet
Blow molding is a rapidly developing plastic processing method that can be used to process blow molding plastic pallets. The blow molding equipment used in the blow molding process generally requires a relatively large hollow molding machine. The plastic is extruded and then blow-molded once. During production, the plastic is extruded into a tubular plastic parison and placed in a split mold. After the mold is closed, compressed air is injected into the plastic parison to inflate the plastic parison. And close to the inner wall of the mold, after cooling, shaping and demolding, the blow-molded trays of various specifications are obtained. At present, the volume of blow-molded hollow containers can reach thousands of liters, and the equipment is controlled by a computer. Generally, only HMWHDPE can be used as raw material to produce blow-molded pallets.
The molding speed of the blow-molded pallet is faster, the product quality is better, and it has the characteristics of high strength and long life. Generally, the service life of blow-molded pallets can reach 5 to 10 years, and it can work stably in an environment of -40 to 70°C. The dynamic load of the pallet can reach more than 3t, which is the preferred pallet for use in high-strength environments. At present, its price is higher than that of injection pallets, but its service life is particularly long, so its cost performance is the highest among all pallets.

Plastic Molded pallets can be produced with various waste plastics, which can reduce the environmental pollution of waste plastics and increase the utilization rate of resources at the same time. Recycled plastics include various plastic bottles, plastic toys, plastic bags, etc. First of all, these waste plastics need to be pulverized, and large pieces of plastic are not easy to process. Since waste plastics are usually recycled from various garbage stations and contain many impurities, the waste plastics need to be cleaned. The cleaned plastic can be used as the raw material for the production of molded plastic pallets after drying. The plastic extruder can melt these waste plastics, and then can be molded into plastic pallets in the mold of the molded plastic pallet machine.
