Automatic presswood pallet production line was shipped to India from China. The following is the details.

Indian clients ordered this automatic wood pallet production line in February, 2019. And they visited ThoYu automatic presswood pallet machines factory earlier this year. The whole automatic wood pallet production line includes wood chipping machine, wood crushing machine, wood dryer, glue mixer and presswood pallet machine.

The company of our Indian clients involves the industry of mining industry. And they also want to produce presswood pallets for their own use.

Our Indian clients had the visit of our presswood pallet machine plant before. When they came to our plant, we had visited our wood crusher, wood dryer, and presswood pallet processing plant. Indian customers are very satisfied with the finished presswood pallets, which produced by our presswood pallet machine. They ordered the whole automatic wood pallet production line, and they want to produce the types of pressed wood pallets, 1100*1100 mm. Meantime we also customized another two sets of moulds for our Indian clients, due to their different needs of pallet load capacity.

They come to our factory for testing all machines, such as wood chipping machine, wood crushing machine, wood dryer, and presswood pallet machines. And they also had a visit of our own presswood pallet production factory in Wuzhi, Henan Province, in the middle of China. Meanwhile, they also tested the two sets of presswood pallet machines. The finished presswood pallets ware very good, no burrs, and the pallet legs were very smooth. So our Indian customers are very satisfied with our presswood pallet machines.

The customers from India purchased the whole automatic pallet production line, including two sets of presswood pallet machines, one set of wood chipping machine, one set of wood crushing machine, one set of wood dryer, and one set of automatic glue mixer. And this time, the shipment was mainly about wood pallet machine, including 4 containers—2*20’ containers, and 2*40’ containers.

The next shipment is scheduled for in late September. And our technical team will go to the clients’ site to guide and install in October.
