During the on-site visit, the Russian client went straight to the production front line, inspecting both ThoYu’s manufacturing base in Jiaozuo, Henan, and a customer’s operational sawdust molding pallet production line in Jiyuan. The client observed the entire production process—from raw material crushing, drying, and adhesive mixing to molding and automated palletizing—with a strong focus on the stability, automation, and real-world output of the sawdust molded pallet production solution.

“Our main goal was to see the equipment and the production line in operation,” the client emphasized throughout the tour. In Jiyuan, they witnessed end to end production of finished sawdust pallets.
