In June 2024, the client approached us once again, this time to purchase a compressed pallet machine. We immediately took action to meet their specific requirements:

• We optimized the existing equipment plan to better suit their needs.
• We provided free trial glue powder to help them assess our product.
• We upgraded their hopper system, adding a spiral conveyor device for enhanced performance.

By September, the deal was sealed, and we successfully delivered two pallet block machines to the client.

In March 2025, after testing the glue powder we provided, the client was impressed by its strong bonding effect and cost-effectiveness. This led to an additional order for a small container of glue powder. Then, in April, they visited our factory to learn more about the entire molded pallet production process and gain further confidence in our offering.

In May 2025, the client made another procurement request:

• Four pallet block machines
• 12 tons of glue powder
• One 40-foot container

To maximize space and reduce logistics costs, we proactively suggested disassembling the pallet block machines for packing. This allowed us to fit all the glue powder into the container, saving the client significantly on shipping expenses, which can be a major cost when transporting large machinery.

The client was so impressed with our service that, before the official contract was even sent, they made a deposit for the order—demonstrating the trust they had in us.
