1. Comprehensive crusher: Efficient Primary Crushing for Bulk Waste Wood

As the core front-end equipment of the production line, the Comprehensive crusher handles the pre-treatment of large waste wooden pallets and timber. Materials are fed steadily via the conveyor belt.

2. Wood Crushing Machine: Precise Particle Size Control for Refined Processing

Coarsely crushed wood chips are then conveyed to the Wood Crushing Machine for further fine processing.

This Wood Crushing Machine is fitted with screens that allow for accurate particle size adjustment, and the minimum size of the output wood particles can reach 2 mm.

The finished materials feature uniform texture and zero impurities, fully complying with raw material standards for subsequent drying, glue mixing, and molding procedures.

3. ThoYu Wood Pallet Machine: A Powerful Wood Pallet Machine for Product Upgrade

With high temperature and high pressure, fine wood chips are tightly compressed and molded. This Wood Pallet Machine supports one-click mold replacement, enabling mass production of more than 10 types of patterned compressed wood pallets and combined pallets.

Pallets manufactured by our Wood Pallet Machine under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions outperform traditional wooden pallets by a large margin:

A single Wood Pallet Machine can produce pallets of 1200×1000mm and 1200×800mm simply by changing molds.
