Crushing Process:
Using a multi-stage crushing system, different sized waste plastics are uniformly pulverized to particles smaller than 8mm. The equipment features an adjustable Mesh Size that controls particle size as needed.
Deep Cleaning:
Pre-wash Stage: Initial removal of large particles.
Contaminant Separation: Extraction of metals, glass, adhesives, and other foreign materials.
Friction Washing: Efficiently eliminates adhered contaminants.
Multiple Rinses: Ensures the cleanliness of the material.
This crushing and cleaning system utilizes water resources sustainably, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs.

Processed waste plastics are melted in an extruder and injected into a Customized mold. They are then cold-pressed into shape using the waste plastic pallet machine, resulting in densely structured pallet products.

Traditional injection molding processes demand high-quality raw materials, complex craftsmanship, and elevated costs. In contrast, the molding process allows for the direct use of waste plastics, producing molded pallets through high-temperature and high-pressure techniques, facilitating flexible and cyclical production.
