The genesis of this partnership can be traced back to the challenges faced by our customer—a mounting accumulation of discarded pallets in their warehouse due to inevitable breakages during daily operations. Recognizing the imperative for an efficient solution, our technical team engaged in extensive communication with the customer, ultimately leading to the decision to invest in a pallet block production line.

This state-of-the-art pallet block production line is specifically designed to address the recycling issues associated with discarded pallets and furniture. It efficiently resolves the problem of reusing larger wooden pieces by shredding used waste wooden pallets into wood chips. These wood chips, when mixed with glue, serve as the raw materials for producing high-quality pallet blocks.

The pallet block production line boasts a range of specialized components, including a comprehensive crusher, rotary drum drying machine, glue mixing machine, pallet block machine, and automatic cutting saws. The comprehensive crusher plays a pivotal role in pulverizing waste wood pallets and skillfully extracting iron nails during operation. Following this, the rotary drum dryer takes center stage, extracting moisture from wood chips—a crucial step given the high humidity of long-used waste wood pallets. Addressing excessive moisture in sawdust during the drying process is essential to maintain the quality of the glue and prevent mold development in the resulting pallet blocks.

As the delivery date approached, our dedicated technicians meticulously processed and assembled the pallet block production line, subjecting it to rigorous testing. The two-day preparation for delivery began with securely packing all items in containers for transit from Qingdao Port to Israel.
