Turning Waste Wood Chips into Valuable Resources  

In this project, the client crushed abandoned wooden pallets into wood chips.

Powered by gravity, the High-efficiency Crusher uses high-speed rotating hammers to break abandoned wooden pallets. Particles smaller than the 10cm sieve mesh are discharged, while larger ones are re-crushed. This process ensures precise control of output particle size between 10cm and 20cm.

By combining crushing, stirring, and drum rotation, the Sawdust Drum Drying Machine delivers a total heat transfer coefficient 2–3 times that of conventional models. The crushing and stirring mechanism breaks up large agglomerates, expands the heat absorption area, and significantly boosts drying efficiency — achieving a final moisture content of less than 5%.

These weakened, damp, and moldy leftover materials were transformed into high-quality raw materials using ThoYu’s pre-processing equipment.  Raw material costs dropped sharply!

Easy Molding and Assembly for Pallet Racking

In high-rise storage scenarios, “deformation” is the root of all problems. If pallets bend or collapse, entire stacks of goods are at risk. The composite molded pallets of model PM1111-D3FH, designed for this customer, are precisely meant to address this issue.

The PM1111-D3FH pallet features a U-shaped base structure, produced using a separate molding + assembly process. The high-density U-shaped base and the panel are molded independently by ThoYu compressed Pallet Machine and then assembled by nailing.

This structure distributes force evenly—like a spread palm—significantly improving deformation resistance while retaining the high density and strength of molded products, along with production flexibility.

We conducted rigorous tests on our PM1111-D3FH pallet sample:  

• Static load test: Easily withstands 2 tons (equivalent to the weight of a small car).  
• Dynamic load test: Stably carries 1 ton under frequent forklift operations.  
• Place on the pallet rack for testing: The test of loading a 1-ton iron onto the rack, with the pallet remaining unbent and undamaged.

Relying on the ThoYu compressed Pallet Machine—with over 1,000 tons of pressure and high-temperature processing—the interior of wood pallets becomes as dense as iron. This naturally provides moisture-proof, waterproof, and pest-proof properties.

No fumigation, no quarantine, no cumbersome procedures. Goods can be directly loaded into containers for export, making ThoYu pallets an excellent customs clearance solution for foreign trade enterprises.

Breakthroughs in Performance and Environmental Friendliness  

With environmental regulations becoming increasingly strict, many factories have been ordered to rectify their issues due to excessive formaldehyde levels. To address this challenge, ThoYu has partnered with Wanhua Chemical MDI glue was introduced for the production of molded pallets.

Unlike traditional adhesives that rely on simple physical adhesion, MDI glue forms chemical bonds with plant fibers—as strong and reliable as steel bars embedded in concrete.

This MDI glue technology delivers three key advantages:

• Higher strength: Excellent water resistance, maintaining stability in humid environments.
• Wide weather resistance: Remains firm from -50°C to 100°C.
• Truly formaldehyde-free: No formaldehyde addition or release, easily meeting strict EU and US entry standards.
